Fabulous Local Store Find - Gold Rimmed Glass Tumblers

It's been a while since my last Fabulous Local Store Find post, but I must share this great holiday entertaining find.

My hubby and I are new homeowners and we're hosting Thanksgiving for the first time this year! I'm so excited!!!! My father-in-law's entire side of the family is coming up to to Charlotte...so we're talking 30+ family members that we'll be hosting. Luckily I have enough formal china and flatware, but I don't have enough water glasses until now!

The Dollar Tree has gold rimmed glass tumblers! Perfection. My mother-in-law spotted them last week and I just scored 2 dozen glasses.

While at Michaels yesterday I spotted this fun Lollipop shot glass from Melville Candy Company. How fun! They are only $2.99.

I'm loving the shades of teal and blue nail polishes for this summer! Target has these fun Essie colors, "turquoise & caicos," "beach bum blu," and "bikini so teeny" on sale for $6.50 each. Fabulous Local Store Find: Message Cookies

While wandering through Williams-Sonoma, I came across this fabulous cookie making kit. They are available for $19.95 and are a fun and original way to say "Thank You" or even make an important announcement - an engagement, for example! This kit includes a variety of cutter shapes, words, and letters, so you can customize your cookie just for you. How fun!

Fabulous Local Store Find: Retro Handset

One of the best and most unique gifts that I received this year for Christmas, besides my Babycakes, was a retro red receiver for my cell phone. How fun! I love the kitchy humor it brings and how practical it is. Have you seen this product before? Love it!

Fabulous Local Store Find: "Fierce!"

Today's local store find is a personal one, but I had to share!

I love a great find at a fabulous price, so while at the mall this weekend I spotted these "fierce" shoes in the window of Payless and to my delight they were designed by Project Runway winner Christian Siriano, whose famous line during his season was "fierce".

These shoes are totally "fierce" and I will be placing my order this week!

I have some great finds for you!

While in DC for New Year's, I stumbled across this fabulous dress at H&M for $40 that could also be a trendy and affordable bridesmaid dress. The hem of the dress falls right at your knee. Your girls really could wear this again!



My next finds are from Michael's Craft Store. I absolutely love a great deal and always check-out the "One Spot" at Target and the dollar section at Michael's.

If your summer wedding colors are green and orange, check-out these bright and preppy favor tags and fun mini-frames. All for a $1.

If you've been reading my blog you should know that I'm a huge fan of Homegoods. I've not been able to get over to Homegoods in a while, but made time this weekend and that store never disappoints. The location in Huntersville is the best!
