Mmm...Sushi in Charlotte

I was never one for sushi although one of my favorite cuisines is Asian, especially Thai food, but one night in Dilworth my husband and I decided to be adventurous a tried the Firecracker Roll at Zen Asian Fusion. The Firecracker Roll was flash fried tuna, crab, and scallions with spicy sauce on the side, which was a tasty and non-raw fish way to ease ourselves into sushi. We LOVED it and have been some sushi eating folks ever since. We even took a sushi making class last weekend at Coral Sushi in Huntersville.
